Dear clients, customers, partners and visitors
These are very extraordinary and uncertain times, and like many of you, we are closely monitoring the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and taking every action to protect ourselves, customers and partners. We do, however, want to assure you, that we are currently, fully functional as normal, and always here to discuss your needs.
But we would like to reassure you that we are following all necessary guidelines and instructions issued from the Government, to ensure that we, ourselves, and those who hire or shops with us, is not put under increased risk. We are following required standards of hygiene and how to minimise the risk of infection.
Our next day courier service and Royal Mail delivery service are taking extra care over deliveries/collections, to avoid direct contact, and are also adhering strictly to the Government’s Social Distancing strategy.
Bunting Hire 2020 – Clients who are hiring bunting for this year, and may have to postpone their wedding or event, we will help and be as flexible as possible, to accommodate your new date. For cancellations, we are happy to discuss.
Bunting Shop & Pick & Mix Bunting – we are still accepting orders and will aim to turn these around as quickly as possible; but please be aware, due to the current ‘lock down’ situation, there may be delays in delivery times/dates. Please note, we are sorry, but we no longer offer printed bunting.
We wish all our new and existing clients, their loved ones and friends, to please stay safe, and a massive, massive thank you, to our amazing NHS/emergency services staff!
